Hello I’m Mark and I have the best job in the world – I am a professional multi award winning wedding photographer based in the little town of Carrickfergus, just outside Belfast, Northern Ireland.

I haven't known much else in life except photographing weddings for a living, I have had a camera glued to my hand since I was a kid and shot my first wedding when I was only 14 years old, fast forward the clock 18 years and over 750 weddings later and I am more passionate than ever about capturing epic moments from your wedding day as I continue my journey to being the best photographer, husband and dad I can possibly be.

Wedding photography has been my full time profession and it’s incredibly rewarding delivering images to my clients that they will cherish forever. I love to work in the most creative way I can capturing moments that display beauty and evoke emotion. For me wedding photography is such a personal thing and I love having the opportunity to build that rapport with my couples for them to feel relaxed on their wedding day. Which is why I like to meet my couples when possible and build up a relationship long before the big day.

This isn't always possible with a lot of my couples living all over the world, in that case i'm only a Zoom or Facetime call away from having a chat about your special day and getting to know you guys on a personal level.

A little about me... I’m husband to my beautiful wife Danielle, we got married back in August 2015 in Tulum, Mexico at the very same spot I proposed to Danielle back in 2012. I know what you're thinking... i'm a hopeless romantic. I have 2 incredible children, Olivia has started off 2022 in style with her arrival to the world and my 4 year old daughter Scarlett who entered the world in June 2017, she has kept us on our toes from the beginning and continues to do so! As she decided to arrive 3 months earlier than her expected due date and give us the scare of our lives.

Watching what Scarlett went through in her short life and overcome it all in her stride has been the most inspirational thing and my biggest motivation in life to date and makes me the proudest daddy in the world to my 2 girls. She overcome all the odds, had heart surgery at 9 months old, however to meet her now she is thriving and doing incredibly well and love watching her wee personality develop which also entails her tantrums, diva strops and everything you expect from a typical 4 year old. She tells me she is going to follow in my footsteps and be a Wedding Photographer and a Vet (just as well women can multi-task!)

Lastly... don't judge me guys! Marryokes were all the rage in 2015 and this still gives me plenty of laughs and cringing moments but if you scroll down a little you can have a laugh from my wedding day in Tulum, Mexico. I'm still convinced these videos will make a resurgence in the future :)
